Lonely Part of Me, is a deeply personal song inspired by Mary’s discovery of the identity of her biological grandmother following a DNA test, and finding out she was a professional singer. Upon learning the story, Mary had a powerful dream about her & the next day wrote the song, which traces a thread between past and present, exploring grief, memory, and the healing power of her music
